Starting from 19 December 2016, the Chinese Consulate General in Christchurch will not accept any application for Hong Kong Visitor or Transit visa from Indian nationals. Indian nationals must visit the website of HKSAR to apply for the above HK visa by “Pre-arrival Registration for Indian Nationals”.
