From 4 to 5 June, Consul General He Ying led a delegation to visit the Huadu International construction site, the Christchurch Branch of Bank of China, and the headquarters of the Australia–New Zealand Business Unit of Yili Group. During the visits, she held discussions with company representatives. Consuls Shen Jian and Meng Shujuan accompanied the delegation.

Consul General He and her delegation gained an in-depth understanding of the enterprises’ business operations and project progress. She emphasized the importance of strengthening safety awareness, strictly observing local laws and regulations, and conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential risks. She called on the enterprises to ensure safe production, compliant operations, and sustainable development, thereby benefiting the peoples of both China and New Zealand. She also encouraged them to make greater contributions to practical cooperation between the two countries and to the well-being of both peoples.
